‘The magic in our care company is found in the exceptional quality of our people.’ – Tim Cocking, Founder and Managing Director

Seeking out exceptional people to deliver an exceptional service

Bright Care is a unique organisation with a unique culture.  We know how important it is to find the right people to safeguard this culture and the exceptional service we provide to our clients.

Since we were founded in 2009, our goal has been to deliver the highest standard of private care available at home. We do not wish to simply have clients who are happy with the level of service they receive, we want them to be delighted with the level of service they receive.

This founding principle informs and guides everything we do, but it all flows from a commitment to work with only the best people. At Bright Care, these great people come together to create a team that we are privileged to be a part of. A team that prides itself on what it does and achieves together – a team that we are immensely proud of. Meet our office based team here:

I enjoy working with Bright Care as it is a supportive organisation with a strong sense of quality and high standards. I appreciate the approachable, helpful staff and the training and ongoing support provided. I take great pride in my work as a Companion Carer, helping people to live as independently as possible in their own homes.
